Coffee Specs

Manhattan is our most developed coffee, roasted to emphasize bold flavors of bittersweet chocolate and deeply caramelized sugars while maintaining a heavy, satisfying body. Manhattan does double-duty as a filter or espresso offering and is our coffee of choice with added milk. 

We rotate the components of Manhattan seasonally—dark roasts deserve fresh coffee too!—but it always features a foundation of Brazilian and Central American components, the former to contribute sweetness and body and the latter to deliver rich, satisfying brulêéd sugar notes.

    Manhattan!!

    What a delightful surprise. Partners Manhattan is a medium-dark roast with all of the complexity of a medium roast without the burnt taste that comes with so many dark roasts. And it shines through milk beautifully. This coffee becomes part of my regular rotation!!
