Manhattan is our most developed coffee, roasted to emphasize bold flavors of bittersweet chocolate and deeply caramelized sugars while maintaining a heavy, satisfying body. Manhattan does double-duty as a filter or espresso offering and is our coffee of choice with added milk. 

We rotate the components of Manhattan seasonally—dark roasts deserve fresh coffee too!—but it always features a foundation of Brazilian and Central American components, the former to contribute sweetness and body and the latter to deliver rich, satisfying brulêéd sugar notes.

    Fabolous coffee!

    Made my first purchase of the Manhattan. It is incredible; I use in my automatic Jura E6. This is the perfect medium roast on the darker side that maintains a dry bean.
