Coffee Specs

El Ramo is a sourcing project that showcases the incredible quality and versatility of Colombian coffees. Meaning “the bouquet” in Spanish, it is composed of fresh, seasonal lots from our favorite relationships in the northern department of Antioquia. The result is a beautiful offering that is blended to maintain a stable flavor profile all year round.

We work closely with our friends at Pergamino in the development of El Ramo, including lots from their own farms in Santa Bárbara and lots from their smallholder producer partners in the communities of Caicedo and Urrao.

    Sweet and Creamy

A good alternative to Brooklyn blend, this roast has a bit more of a sweeter taste to it. I typically brewed it in a French press, and it's been my morning go to.

    Review of El Ramo coffee

We love this one--perhaps best with Chemex brew, but we've used Drip with great success

    Excellent

I’ve been buying more coffee in bulk lately and Partner’s El Ramo has now been my daily brew for the past couple months. For pour overs, or in the moccamaster, it’s been bright and fruity, little acidity, still full-bodied. As my Starbucks mom would say, “you don’t even need milk or sweetener!” and she’s right of course.

New Favorite - Columbia El Ramo

I have until now preferred medium to dark roast, but was craving something more mellow. So after reading all the glowing reviews decided to give this coffee a try… and glad I did. It is so smooth and rich. This is my new favorite! Thank you Partners.
