Our first ever Oaxacan single origin comes from three brothers belonging to the producer group San Vicente Yogondoy. They each cultivate a variety called pluma hidalgo, a local heirloom descended from typica.
While Oaxaca is better known for its incredible cuisine and mezcal production, its coffee too is worthy of celebration. This lot is comforting and approachable with notes of milk chocolate, orange zest, caramel, baking spice, and dark honey elevated by red apple and white grape.
