Las Flores

We were introduced to Roger's coffees in 2019 by our friends at Cafe Imports. Since then Roger has become a consistent presence on our single origin menu, supplying us with delicious washed and natural process coffees alike. 

Las Flores is one of three farms that Roger inherited from his father, occupying about 2.5 hectares at 1,500 meters of elevation in Marcala, Honduras. His entire extended family is involved in coffee to various degrees - his mother, María Nery Márquez, and sister, Mirna Lizeth Domínguez Márquez, both performed well in the Honduras Cup of Excellence this year, and his brother, Abel Domínguez Márquez, recently opened a superb specialty cafe right in the heart of Marcala. Each is passionate about producing excellent coffee and, like most producers in the area, they are proud to represent Marcala as a celebrated coffee region...
