Description
This coffee comes from Aricha Adorsi Washing Station in Yirgachefe, the celebrated coffee producing district in southern Ethiopia. Dozens of farmers contributed to this lot, all from Naga Singage, "the mountain of reconciliation."
Coffees from Yirgachefe are beloved for their sweet citrus and floral qualities. This lot, our first of 2024, is a clear example, with sunny flavors of tangerine, candied orange, apricot, peach, honey, and orange blossom.
