Our instant coffee goes on the same journey as our whole bean Brooklyn: sustainably sourced from our producer relationships and roasted by hand. Then, the coffee is brewed and slowly dehydrated to preserve the full flavor of Brooklyn that you know and love.
Brooklyn is an approachable and delicious daily brew that is equally tasty black or with milk and sugar. The tasting notes of cocoa, sweet toffee, and rich dried fruits are preserved in the dehydration process, allowing you to brew this classic coffee in mere moments.

Im never a fan of instant coffee, but I lave the Brooklyn coffee from Partners. I first had this coffee in a wonderful coffee shop in Newport Beach California, Vacancy Coffee, stop in and enjoy delicious Partner Coffee on the West Coast !
The instant coffee changed my mind and is very convienient to use, DELICIOUS !

I've never tasted an instant coffee that tastes as much liked brewed coffee as Partners Brooklyn. We buy the whole bean Brooklyn and grind and make it in the aeropress for a great daily coffee, it has spoiled us for anything else, so we are thrilled to have an instant coffee that I keep in my suitcase so I have it when Im traveling. The coffee is smooth and rivals the taste of the whole bean brewed coffee. The only complaint I have is that it only comes in single use pouches and I can't buy it in a jar--but whatever-never change, it's perfect!
