I spontaneously had to write this review because I am blown away by how good this instant decaf is! I have been having Partner's Decaf in the bean, usually doing my own pour over, for many years. It's smooth and light with layers of flavor. This instant decaf is bolder and richer and very tasty. It enhances and is enhanced by the rich chocolate cupcake I am eating it with now. Come to think of it, I don't think it has the subtlety of the non-instant decaf, but I do love it for it's own character. It's also amazing that this level of quality can be reached in a powder form, that, btw, dissolves easily and instantly. It seems a little expensive, but it is great when I don't have enough time to make a pour over or to get coffee in a cafe. I hope Parners will always make this instant decaf, so I can always have it on hand,
