Our instant coffee goes on the same journey as our whole bean Brooklyn: sustainably sourced from our producer relationships and roasted by hand. Then, the coffee is brewed and slowly dehydrated to preserve the full flavor of Brooklyn that you know and love.
Brooklyn is an approachable and delicious daily brew that is equally tasty black or with milk and sugar. The tasting notes of cocoa, sweet toffee, and rich dried fruits are preserved in the dehydration process, allowing you to brew this classic coffee in mere moments.

Just made a cup of Brooklyn instant coffee using 10 oz of water. I like it! And I am picky. It is smooth and rich, no bitterness or anything harsh, and ends with mild fruitiness. I am not a fan of too much fruit in my coffee and this is just enough to give the coffee some complexity. Thank you Partners!
