Cuatro Vientos

Huila Department, Colombia is one of our favorite regions for volume lots. With a favorable climate and near-equatorial latitudes, Huila harvests and ships fresh, high quality coffee almost year-round. We’ve partnered here with Cuatro Vientos, a family-run exporter specializing in microlots and regional blends from farms near Acevedo, Santa María, and Algeciras. 

CarmoCoffees

Carmo de Minas possesses some of the highest elevations in Brazil where coffee cultivation is possible. CarmoCoffees is all but synonymous with the extended Pereira Family, whose farms supply us with everything from seasonal microlots to container-volume blend components.

    Subscription service is great!

    I'm generally not a fan of subscriptions for Partners really makes it easy - I've been getting beans delivered weekly for 6+ months and no complaints. Orders always arrive when expected and they make it easy to skip if we're not going to be around.

    Partners is our favorite and we love having fresh beans - coffee is much more consistent, I almost never have to adjust the grind.

    Best daily driver espresso for our house

    Flatiron is a perfect daily espresso. I recently bought a La Marzocco Micra and wanted a great daily driver espresso. I was after a well balanced, smooth profile and Flatiron is perfect, it’s also fairly forgiving as you adjust your grinder to really dial in.

    Delicious

    Ordered a bag of Flatiron to give them a try. Arrived to my doorstep about a week from the roast date. Super quality coffee that delivers an amazing espresso. Definitely putting Partners in my rotation.

    Only slight negative is the bag isn't one of the newer Ziploc-type resealable bags. Which just means this goes into an airtight canister. But it would still be nice to have the option when I end up with more bags than storage containers.
