Coffee Specs

We source community-grown coffees from our trusted relationships in Colombia, Guatemala, and Honduras to arrive at a blend that’s sweet and familiar, with notes of milk chocolate and dried fruit.

Cuatro Vientos

Huila Department, Colombia is one of our favorite regions for volume lots. With a favorable climate and near-equatorial latitudes, Huila harvests and ships fresh, high quality coffee almost year-round. We’ve partnered here with Cuatro Vientos, a family-run exporter specializing in microlots and regional blends from farms near Acevedo, Santa María, and Algeciras.

Los Volcanes

We are incredibly proud of our relationship with Los Volcanes. Working with thousands of producers in Guatemala and several estates in Brazil, they work to improve productivity at the farm level through careful examination of soil and environmental health. Each year we source components of Brooklyn from their own relationships near Lake Atitlán and in the department of Huehuetenango.

Beneficio San Vicente

Fidel Paz founded San Vicente in 2001 with an ambition to grow Honduras’s reputation as a producer of high quality coffees. Today the mill and the Paz family are hugely influential in specialty coffee worldwide, producing some of our favorite coffees from unique microlots to large scale blend components.

    Brooklyn is splendid

I use a moccamaster to brew and the results are great. I’ve cut back on the cream used because the coffee is that good ;)

    Perfect morning coffee

I've been drinking the Brooklyn roast of Partners for years. It's a perfect breakfast roast with notes of toffee and a hint of chocolate without being overwhelming.
