Faster Fulfillment Has Arrived

You may have recently noticed that your orders are shipping faster than ever before. That's not just good luck; that's our new process.

We're beyond thrilled to share that, going forward, all orders are expected to be shipped within 48 hours* of your order's placement date - with many shipments occurring on the same day. Our focus on freshness remains unchanged, with all orders being sent no later than 3 days off-roast - and we will continue to offer free shipping on all orders $40 or more and on all subscriptions.

This has been by far the most requested update we've received over the last few years by our community of partners. We know it's taken a little bit to get there, but capacity restrictions at our original roastery were a limiting factor for us.

Our larger space (more on that soon...) has allowed us to completely overhaul our fulfillment procedures and institute these exciting enhancements and we can't wait to share more with you soon.
