This rich and smooth cold brew whiskey can be used as a base for a variety of drinks. Not a whiskey drinker? Simply replace whiskey with a liquor of your choice for DIY cold brew vodka, tequila, etc.
Ingredients

Rockaway Cold Brew - 1 Pouch

Or, 3oz of medium-course ground coffee

Whiskey, 700ml
Directions
Pour 700ml of whiskey into a quart container or mason jar
If using Rockaway Cold Brew, skip next step
If using loose coffee grounds, grind 100g of coffee on a coarse grind, place the grinds in a large filter and close the filter around the grounds with a rubber band
Place Rockaway Cold Brew pouch or ground coffee into your quart container
Let steep for 24 hours, then remove the coffee
Enjoy in a cocktail or over ice!
