Each individually-portioned sachet included in a Be Mine? box features a space to personalize a special message for your Valentine(s), so you can share the love for the well-balanced versatility of one of our favorite coffees- making it the perfect Valentine's treat for the unique and sustainably-conscious.

Our Be Mine? Specialty Instant Coffee goes on the same journey as our whole bean Elevate: sustainably sourced from our producer relationships and roasted by hand. Then, the beans are sent over to our partners at Swift Cup Coffee, wherein the coffee is brewed and slowly dehydrated to preserve the full flavor of Elevate that you know and love. The prepared instant coffee is then individually packed, sealed, and boxed up in perfect portions for your convenience and enjoyment.

Elevate is well-balanced, comfortable, dynamic, and versatile with a sweet acidity and velvet mouth-feel. The tasting notes of red apple, caramel, and pecan pie are preserved in the dehydration process, allowing for the brewing of exceptional coffee in mere moments.

The long-awaited introduction of a Valentine’s Day coffee came to fruition with the main graphics created by Sophie Wheeler of Soupie Studios with ideas and additions from our in-house graphic design and marketing teams.
